WOLVIS Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Responsibility for Use

WOLVIS is intended for users who can form a binding contract with [Your Company Name Here] or who have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WOLVIS, or your child's use of WOLVIS if you are a parent or legal guardian, complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to age of consent and data privacy.

Users Under the Age of Majority / Child Users: If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (e.g., typically 18 years old), you may only use WOLVIS if your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of WOLVIS, for ensuring their child understands how to use the Service safely and responsibly, and for compliance with these Terms on behalf of their child. By allowing your child to use WOLVIS, you accept these Terms on their behalf and agree to be responsible for their activity on the Service.

If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, or if, as a parent/guardian, you do not agree to these terms on behalf of your child, you must not use or allow your child to use the Service.

2. Your WOLVIS Account

You may need to register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

A. Permitted Use:

You may use WOLVIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To generate or disseminate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• To generate or disseminate unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• To decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code or underlying ideas or information of or relating to AL Jabon or the WOLVIS Service.

B. AI Output:

The responses and content generated by AL Jabon ("Output") are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AL Jabon is an AI and Output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information (knowledge cut-off November 2024). Output is not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., legal, medical, financial). You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of any Output before relying on it. We are not liable for any actions you take based on the Output.

C. User Input:

You are solely responsible for the text, queries, and any other information you provide to AL Jabon ("User Input"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide User Input and that your User Input does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. Do not provide sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, financial account details, detailed health information) unless explicitly necessary for a specific, secure feature of the Service which indicates such use.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to AL Jabon, all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, Woven Connectome Labs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

Regarding User Input you provide, you retain any ownership rights you have in your User Input. However, by providing User Input to the Service, you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Input in connection with operating, developing, and improving the Service and AL Jabon, subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE OR THE OUTPUT GENERATED BY AL JABON.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Input, any use of AL Jabon's Output other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the State of Queensland, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
