This is done only when necessary for the Service's operation, for example, to securely store your conversations on hosting platforms (like Firebase) until you choose to delete them. These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us and are contractually obligated to maintain its confidentiality and security. We always aim to encrypt data shared with or stored by such third parties where technically feasible to prevent them from directly accessing the content.
- AI Technology Partners (for specific features like Web Search): Some aspects of AL Jabon's functionality, such as performing web searches in response to your User Input, might rely on technologies or platforms from Woven Connectome Labs or other AI technology partners. In such cases, only the necessary User Input (e.g., your search query) is processed by these partners to provide the AI capabilities. We do not store your personal identifying information with these partners in this context. The results from such web searches may be cached by our system to improve efficiency and provide faster responses if other users make identical requests, but this cached information is not linked back to your individual account. We ensure our partners adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation, judicial proceeding, court order, or other legal process; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; (d) protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; or (e) protect against legal liability.

In such a scenario, we will automatically delete all your personal data and conversation history before the transfer is completed, unless (a) you explicitly request us to retain your data and transfer it to the new entity, or (b) we are legally compelled by a court order or other binding legal process to retain and transfer the data. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service of any impending Business Transfer that might affect your data, providing you with options if applicable.
- Only With Your Explicit Consent: Other than the scenarios described above, we will only share your personal information with other third parties when we have your explicit prior consent to do so.
4. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with WOLVIS and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. This includes storing your conversation history to allow you to access it, until you choose to delete it. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. User Input processed for AI model improvement may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for longer periods.
5. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards, including encryption where appropriate, to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We utilize platforms like Firebase for data storage, which themselves employ robust security measures.
